What is BaaDaBoom?

Sheep milk kefir! It’s packed with probiotics, easy to digest, and made with love on our family farm. Think yogurt drink, but way cooler and tastier, and better on your gut.

Why sheep milk?

Sheep milk is easier to digest than cow’s milk, packed with more nutrients, and has smaller fat globules that are gentler on your gut. Plus, our sheep are pretty great.

What does it taste like?

Creamy, tangy, slightly sweet. It’s kefir, so it has that signature tang, but sheep milk makes it smoother and richer than cow or goat kefir. And for the record, we’d win any mango lassi competition.

Is it safe for people with lactose intolerance?

Many people with lactose sensitivity find sheep milk easier to digest. The fermentation
process also breaks down lactose. That said, if you have severe lactose intolerance, check with your doctor first.

How should I drink BaaDaBoom?

Straight from the bottle, in a smoothie, over granola, in your coffee…however you want! There’s no wrong way to Boom.

Can I name a sheep?

Yes, but you may need to talk to our kids first. Follow us on social media to get to know our sheep!

How long does it last?

BaaDaBoom is best enjoyed fresh. Check the date on the bottle, and once opened, consume within 5-7 days. Keep it refrigerated!

Is BaaDaBoom safe for kids?

Absolutely! BaaDaBoom is packed with nutrients and probiotics that are great for growing bodies. Our own kids drink it daily, but be warned, the chocolate milk has been known to cause a stir. We recommend a bottle per kid to avoid the
nightly fuss.
